The previous solution had an outdated design, cumbersome development for the future, problems with basic modifications, lots of manual activities, and no marketing automation.
The task was therefore to create a website with a modern design, user-friendly and intuitive environment with an emphasis on simplicity, ergonomics, usability, i.e. easy orientation in the main categories of cars sold and other information.
Aimed was also to provide customers with reservations, with automatic appointment scheduling not only for service, but also for the car inspection after an insured event, a test drive, or a car wash.

Analysis of the current state:
The first step was a comprehensive analysis of the current state and new customer needs. Based on the analysis, we created the final technical specification and UX/UI design of the entire solution.
Technologies chosen:
The website is built on the open-source October CMS that is fully customer-administrable. Additionally required functionalities that were not part of the basic package of the CMS system were developed and implemented “custom” – based on the needs of the project and the customer.
The CMS is fully integrated into the DOAS internal information, reservation and warehouse system.
The car database is synchronized with the site automatically.
The website is connected to SENTIA’s database of registered cars as well, which allows the visitor to fill in their car data faster based on the license plate, e.g. when booking for service or even selling their car.

The solution offers a fully responsive and visually appealing website through which the client presents the products and services portfolio in a modern way.
It allows you to order a service online, easily and safely, to book a test drive or an appointment for a car wash. This brings profit to the client, saves money, and provides a competitive advantage.
